Introduction

I love Panera, so I decided to create my own Strawberry Poppyseed salad without the poppy dressing, I just didn't have time to do the dressing, so I added balsamic vinegar, which tasted great! Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 Cup Spinach Leaves
    1 Cup Romaine Lettuce - Ripped into pieces
    4 little chunks of pineapple
    3 med. Strawberries - diced
    1/4 cup pineapple - small chunks
    1/12th cup of blueberries
    5 little pieces of Mandarin orange
    3oz sliced chicken

    To duplicate recipe: Add sliced Pecans and Poppyseed dressing

    Dressing not in calculations:

    1/3 cup olive oil
    2 tablespoons white vinegar
    2 tablespoons white sugar
    1 tablespoon poppy seed
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper, fresh ground


Directions

On a big plate, add everything together!

This is fast, healthy and delish!!
