    Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 ounces (remove)
    Beans, pinto, .25 cup (remove)
    Salsa, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, .25 cup (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)

Directions

chop chicken, add pintos, corn, salsa and egg and scramble it all together
