DUKAN - Country Cabbage Soup

Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 lbs extra lean ground beef, fried & drained
    2 28oz can tomatoes, stewed or dices
    1 med head cabbage, shredded
    2 large onions, sliced
    6 stalks celery, chopped
    2 C fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 C snow peas, cut in half
    1 C carrots, shredded
    Salt, garlic, parsley to taste

Directions

Fry meat, drain and rinse if desired. Add to stock pot.
Add remaining ingredients.
Bring to a boil. Turn to simmer about 25 minutes, until veggies are tender (to your liking)

Serving Size: make 12 - 14 servings
