1 Large Chicken Breast, no skin ( 8 ounces), diced
1 can Maesri Panang Curry Paste (5.7 tbsp)
1 can Goya Garbanzo beans (439 grams)
1 can Savoy Coconut Cream (2.25 cups)
1 medium onion
2 Cloves of Garlic
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
2. Put oil in wok and mince garlic into wok. Stir fry for 20 seconds.
3. Add curry paste and stir fry for 30 seconds, add diced chicken and stir fry until chicken is not pink outside.
4. Pour in can of garbanzo beans and coconut milk
5. Simmer 20 minutes on LOW heat.
Server over rice.
