Snow Pea Salad

Ingredients

    1 1/2 lb show peas; trim ends off
    1 lb mushroom; sliced
    2 ea red pepper sweet; chopped
    2 clove garlic; finely chopped
    3 tablespoon white vinegar
    3 tablespoon lemon juice
    1 tablespoon white sugar
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 single pepper; fresh ground
    1/3 cup sesame seedsí toasted in oven or Teflon pan
    1 cup vegetable oil

Directions

Blanch Peas 2 minutes cool in cold water and drain again dry off with paper towels cut up veggies, Mix thoroughly Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate salad at least 3 hours before serving
