Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Cauliflower, raw, 1 head,
    1 head Broccoli, fresh
    *Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil (reduced fat mayonnaise), 4 tbsp Milk, nonfat, .25 cup
    Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .25 cup
    *Cheese, Great Value Mild Finely Shredded 2% Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese (1/3 cup),
    1 Can *Low Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup,
    Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, .25 cup

Directions

Cut up broccoli and cauliflower into florets, and steam until crisp, drain. Put in casserole dish. Stir soup, cheese, milk mayo and egg pour over broccoli. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and spray with butter flavored cooking spray

Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
