2 oz. Light or Dark Rum
1 oz Triple Sec Orange liquor
1 Tbs Almond Liquor
1 Tbs Grenadine
1 Tbs Lime juice
Pour rum mix over the ice in a glass.
Pour a splash of Dark Rum over the top of the drink to give it the reddish color on top.
Garnish: Cut a slit in a wedge of pineapple. Stick a fancy little paper umbrella in the pineapple wedge and attach it to the glass. Place 2-3 Maraschino Cherries in the glass.
Add a sprig of mint or an orchid if desired for Island look.
Serving Size: 1 6-oz glass
