Frozen Fruit Cubes

Tasty, healthy, cooling, simple, vegan, sweet and scrumptious. A summery way to include fruit into your diet. A guilt free vegan dessert or snack. Tasty, healthy, cooling, simple, vegan, sweet and scrumptious. A summery way to include fruit into your diet. A guilt free vegan dessert or snack.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 medium apple, no skin
    1 packet of Ella's Kitchen fruit smoothie "the yellow one" (you could also use pureed fruit or vegan yogurt)

Directions

- Peel skin off apple
- Chop apple into small pieces
- Mix apple with half of Ella's Kitchen fruit smoothie "the yellow one" packet or between 1/8 and 1/4 cup of the fruit puree of your choice.
- Pour mixture into ice cube tray
- Leave in freezer until frozen

Serving Size: Makes 10 to 12 cubes depending on ice cube try size
