Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Dried Onion Flakes, 1 tbsp
    1 Can 98% Fat Free Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
    1/2C Light Sour Cream,
    Squash, Yellow, raw sliced, 3 cups
    Squash, Zucchini, raw sliced, 3 cups
    1Box Cornbread stuffing

Directions

Make cornbread stuffing according to package directions, reducing water to 3/4C & omitting butter. In a large bowl mix sour cream, soup mix & onion flakes. Add Squash & mix together. Line bottom of a buttered square pan with half the stuffing, pressing down. Pour squash mixture over this & sprinkle remaining stuffing on top. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees.

Serving Size: makes 8 1C servings
