Peanut Sesame Broccoli Slaw

Introduction

Had something called Thai Slaw at a restaurant and this is a pretty close version. Had something called Thai Slaw at a restaurant and this is a pretty close version.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 12 oz bag broccoli slaw
    1 tbsp sesame oil
    3 tbsp smooth peanut butter
    1 tbsp fresh grated ginger
    3 tbsp hot water
    1 garlic clove, chopped
    2 tbsp soy sauce
    1 tbsp red wine vinegar
    1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Directions

Mix all ingredients except slaw. Stir/whisk until peanut butter is dissolved. Add slaw and stir until all is coated. Cover and place in fridge for 2 -4 hours or overnight.

Serving Size: make 4 1 1/2 cup servings
