Penny's Protein Balls

Adapted from recipe found online Adapted from recipe found online
Number of Servings: 40

Ingredients

    1 Cup Peanut Butter, smooth
    2 Cups Coconut, shredded
    1/2 Cup Nuts, chopped
    1 Cup Dates, chopped
    1 Cup Blueberry Craisins (or whatever flavor you like)
    1/2 Cup Honey
    1 Cup Sunflower Seeds
    2 Scoops Protein Powder (I used Peanut Butter by Mercola)

Directions

Mix all ingredients in mixer. Put bowl in fridge to chill. Roll into balls, place on cookie sheet. Place cookie sheet in freezer until frozen, transfer to Ziplock. Place back in freezer. Wonderful at room temp or my fave: frozen.

Serving Size: Makes 40 1' balls
