    Ingredients:

    Garlic, 1 tsp
    Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped
    Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 2 cup, chopped
    VEGGIE - BLK OLIVES, 6 0Z CAN/11 SERVING PER CAN, 5.5 serving
    VEGGIE - ROTEL TOMATO - 10 oz can - 2 1/2 SERVING/CAN, 2.50 serving
    SALSA - MEDIUM 2TBSP/SERVINGS (15 PER JAR), 1 serving

    Shrimp, cooked, 16 oz

    SEASONING TO TASTE:
    Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend, 0.25 tsp

    PASTA - BARILLA WHOLE GRAIN - 2 oz/serving (PENNE/ROTINI/SHELLS), 4 serving


    CHEESE - MOZZARELLA, Fat Free (Kraft) 1/4 cup per serving, 3 serving


Directions

ADD PEPPERS, ONIONS, OLIVES, AND ROTEL, AND SEASONINGS TO TASTE. PLACE ALL IN A SKILLET AND COOK UNTIL VEGGIES ARE TENDER.

I ADD UNCOOKED PASTA TO SKILLET (BE SURE VEGGIES ARE HOT) THIS WILL ABSORB EXTRA LIQUID, ADD SHRIMP AND CHEESE UNTIL ALL BLENDED.

PLACE INTO A MICRO CASSEROLE DISH (2 1/2 QT) AND COOK 5 MINUTES.
