My Easy Tuna Casserole

Introduction

It is not great on fat count, but is easy and quick, and it has fiber and protein and not too bad calorie count in it. Great for those nights when activities, meetings, etc. are monopolizing your time! Leftovers do well in the microwave too! Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 can Tuna, Canned in Water
    1 C Saltine Crackers, crushed
    2 Eggs
    1 Box Kraft Macaroni and Cheese Dinner, prepared
    1/4 C Milk, 2%
    2 T Light margerine
    3 2% American Cheese Slices

Directions

Mix all ingredients together except for cheese slices and add seasonings such as salt, pepper, garlic powder etc. to taste. Bake in square casserole covering top with cheese slices at 350 for 30 min.

Serving Size: Makes 6 servings
