I used Swanson Premium Chuck White Chicken Breast (4.5 oz. can).
Kraft Miracle Whip Light (2 Tbsp)
Shredded Carrots (1/2 cup)
Celery (chopped) (1/2 cup)
I think everything else is pretty self explanatory. Please feel free to experiment with it yourself and find what you like best. This is my first attempt so I may vary things up myself! ;-)
You can put it on a Low Carb Low Fat Tortilla such as LaTortilla Whole Wheat tortilla or a sandwich thin or have it by itself...just depends on you!
