Ingredients

    Ground beef, extra lean, 16 oz
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Green Peppers 1 cup, strips
    Garlic, 4 clove
    Salt, 1 tsp
    *Fajita Seasoning Mix Taco Time, 1 serving
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 large whole (3" dia)
    Romaine Lettuce (salad), 1 inner leaf
    Salsa, 1 tbsp
    *canned green chilies - 4 oz, 1 serving
    extreme wellness high fiber tortilla shells, 8 serving
    Beans, black, 1 cup

Directions

Brown ground beef, onions, peppers and garlic. Add taco seasoning mix and water as directed on package. Salt an pepper to taste. Mean while while mixture is cooking, heat the black beans and add on can green chillies. Dice the tomato and lettuce. Assemble the meat mixture, beans, lettuce and tomato and salsa on the tortilla shells and roll up. Enjoy! Be sure to get extra napkins :)
