Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    250 grams Spaghetti
    3 Tsps Virgin Olive oil
    50grams Sunflowerseeds salted
    4 cloves garlic
    3Tsps chopped chives
    I tsp ground lemon pepper
    Soup cube crumbed

Directions

Boil water with a dash of oil and salt.
Add spaghetti.
Boil for 5minutes till a la dente.
Drain and rinse under cold water.
Add spaghetti ,oil ,chopped chives, garlic, seasoning, pepper and sunflower seeds.
Fold together and serve hot with a green salad

Serving Size: serves 4 at 270 calories per serving
