Baked Buffalo Chicken BreastSubmitted by: DEY101
3 boneless/skinless chicken breasts (about 2 lbs)
5 T Frank's RedHot Buffalo Wing sauce
4 T Ranch Dressing
1 T white vinegar
1 t celery salt
Cut each breast into 1/3
heat a non-stick skillet on the stove to medium high heat
spray with a light coating of cooking spray
place chicken into pan and season with salt and cracked pepper
cook each site a few minutes until browned. Does not need to be fully cooked.
Mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl.
Transfer chicken to a 9x13 glass baking dish (or similar).
Spoon sauce mixture over chicken trying to get each piece evenly coated.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
Can serve with additional Ranch and Celery if desired.
Can substitute blue cheese dressing if you prefer.
