Introduction

An easy to throw together side dish for home or a pot luck dinner. An easy to throw together side dish for home or a pot luck dinner.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    3 heads of Broccoli, fresh,
    1.5 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
    6 Spring Onions, chopped
    1 cup Mayonnaise, Hellman's Light
    .25 cup Sugar
    2 Tbsp Vinegar, white

Directions

Rinse and chop broccoli and green onions. Shred the cheese. Mix the mayo, sugar and vinegar. The mix can be stored separately until the next day. Mix well and can also add bacon bits, not calculated here.
