Spicy Two-bean Spread

Introduction

This makes a great addition to a veggie wrap, or you can spread it on crackers or use as a veggie dip! Just spicy enough to be interesting! This makes a great addition to a veggie wrap, or you can spread it on crackers or use as a veggie dip! Just spicy enough to be interesting!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1/2 cup cooked navy beans
    1/2 cup cooked kidney beans
    1 tsp olive oil
    1/2 tsp spices (I use a salt-free Cajun seasoning; you can make your own with chili powder, roasted red pepper, cayenne pepper, and black pepper.)

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Mix to desired consistency, adding in a very small amount of water for a smoother consistency.

Serving Size: Makes 8 servings of 2 Tbsps each
