Blackberry Pork Chops

Ingredients

    1 1/2 pounds boneless pork loin chops
    2 tsp montreal steak seasoning
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1/4 cup sugar free blackberry jam
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    1 tsp lemon juice
    dash cinnamon
    dash curry powder
    1 cup fresh blackberries

Directions

Preheat grill pan on medium high heat. Sprinkle pork with steak seasoning on both sides. Add olive oil to the pan. Cook pork chops 5 minutes each side, ensuring done.
Combine the remaining ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to boiling on medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Ladle sauce over pork chops. Enjoy.
