Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Eggs, fresh, 12 large
    *Jennie-O Turkey lean breakfast sausage link, 6 servings
    Dill weed, fresh, 5 sprigs
    Sage, ground, 1 tsp (actually I use fresh)
    *Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese, .75 cup
    Onions, raw, 1 large
    Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Mix up the eggs and tear up the fresh dill and sage and mix it in. Add the salt and pepper. Set aside.

Spray a casserole dish lightly with oil.

Chop the onions and cook them in a quick spray of oil. when they start to brown, but them in the casserole dish.

Preheat the oven to 350.

Then use the pan to cook the turkey sausage. Once it's fully cooked, add it to the casserole dish and cut into bite-size pieces (i usually just use the spatula).

Pour in the egg and herb mixture. Mix it slightly in the casserole dish.

Stick it in the oven. Takes about 20-30 minutes to cook. You should be able to stick a butter knife in the center and have it come out clean.
