Cream of Chicken and Wild Rice Soup

Introduction

Fast and easy soup. Great use of leftovers. Fast and easy soup. Great use of leftovers.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
    1 can 98% fat free cream of chicken soup
    1 can 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup
    0.5 cups each chopped celery, carrots, and onions
    1 cup cooked wild rice

Directions

Saute celery and onions in pot with olive oil cooking spray for 2-3 minutes. Add carrots, and 3 cups of water. Heat until veggies are soft. Add soups, wild rice and chicken breast. Add water as desired for proper thickness. Heat through.
Enjoy!
