Ingredients

    2 pounds Ground beef, extra lean
    Canned Tomatoes, 1 can
    Beans, red kidney, 2 cup
    *Bean Medley, canned, Unico, 2 cup
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 4 cloves)
    *Whole Wheat Flour, .125 cup
    *Chilli Powder, 12 tsp
    Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 2 tbsp
    *Onion powder, 1 tbsp
    Bay Leaf, 1 tbsp, crumbled
    *Beef Broth - Swanson Low Sodium, 2 cup
    Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz)
    *Kosher Salt, 2 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Olive Oil, .125 cup

Directions

Brown garlic, onions, salt and pepper in oil. Add spices to toast. Add ground beef and cook well. Add flour and cook about 2 minutes. Add tomatoes, water, broth and bay leaf. Bring to a boil, then simmer as long as possible, but no less than 2 hours.

Serving Size: Makes a Big Pot...I'm estimating 12 one cup servings
