Introduction

Slow cooker pork with garlic, red pepper flakes and two different kinds of beans (red kidney & pinto) in a Teriyaki sauce marinade. Slow cooker pork with garlic, red pepper flakes and two different kinds of beans (red kidney & pinto) in a Teriyaki sauce marinade.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Pork Tenderloin, 1 piece
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    Onion powder, .2 tsp
    Salt, 1 dash
    Garlic, .25 cup
    Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade, 4 tbsp
    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    Beans, red kidney, 1 cup
    Beans, pinto, 1 cup

Directions

Prep pot with non-stick spray
Place pork in bottom of pot
Season with black pepper, onion powder, salt, red pepper flakes, garlic and more red pepper flakes - followed by Teriyaki sauce poured gently over the entire thing so as to not disturb too much the garlic blanket atop the pig.
Pour water around the base of the pork
Drain beans and add in around the pork; ensuring the beans are covered by the water.
Cover and set on Low for 6 - 6 1/2 hours
