# *Macaroni, enriched, 2 cup elbow shaped (remove)
# *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz (remove)
# Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
# Tomato Sauce, 2 cup (remove)
# Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 8 oz (remove)
# Parmesan Cheese, shredded, 8 oz (remove)
# Milk, nonfat, 1.25 cup (remove)
# Brummel & Brown, Original Spread made with Yogurt, 1 Tbsp, 3 serving (remove)
# Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)
Cook and stir beef and onion in 10-inch skillet until beef is light brown; drain.
Stir in tomato sauce and salt.
Spread half the macaroni in greased 8x8x2 inch backing dish; cover with the beef mixture.
Sprinkle ½ cup of the cheese over the turkey mixture.
Cover with remaining macaroni.
Cook and stir milk & butter in 2-quart saucepan until butter is melted.
Remove from heat.
Stir at least half the milk mixture gradually into beaten eggs.
Blend into milk mixture in saucepan; pour over macaroni.
Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup of cheese
Cook uncovered in 325° oven until brown and center is set, about 50 minutes
