Stir Fried Cucumber with Dried Shrimp

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 fresh Cucumber, sliced
    Dried Shrimp
    2 Shallot, finely chopped
    3 cloves Garlic, finely chopped
    3-4 Red Chillis
    2tbsp Oyster Sauce
    2tbsp Oil
    Salt to taste
    Water

Directions

Heat wok

Add oil and wait until heated

Add the dried shrimp, stir for awhile

Add garlic, the chilli and the shallot

Add Cucumber

Add Water (as preferred)

Add oyster sauce

Leave it until the cucumber soft / half cooked (I prefer soft)

Check the seasoning. Add salt if necessary.Serve warm.

Serving Size: Half a cup
