Egg White Crepe with MousseSubmitted by: KELLYFIT4U
4 egg whites
1/4 scoop or 1 TB of chocolate protein powder
1c. baby spinach
1/4c. plain greek yogurt
Put the egg whites, spinach, oats in your bullet and blend. Then pour on your heated skillet. When set enough flip and cook on the other side.
Then mix protein powder and greek yogurt together for your mousse. Spread on top and then garnish with berries.
Can pack in cooler and warm up for a treat to go or I've ate cold too!!!
For less carbs you can leave out oats.

Where is the almond butter in this recipe? How much, and is it included in nutrition info? - 8/24/11

I actually changed the recipe up a bit to modify it like I've been having it. It's not included anymore in the nutrition, I better change the instructions too!! At night time though for meal 6, leave oats, yogurt out and just use the almond butter for a yummy treat!
