1 Bunch of Kale (about 150 g)
2 tsp Olive Oil
1/2 tsp of salt or to taste
2. Wash kale and remove ribs thoroughly dry kale with a salad spinner.
3. Drizzle kale with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
4. Bake until the edges brown but are not burnt, 10 to 15 minutes.
