Greek Yogurt Ranch Dip

Introduction

This is a dip similar to a tzaziki dip, but simplified. Feel free to modify the spices, it's a great base recipe! This is a dip similar to a tzaziki dip, but simplified. Feel free to modify the spices, it's a great base recipe!

Ingredients

    1c Nonfat Greek Yogurt
    1/2c Skim Milk
    1/2c Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil
    2T Light Sour Cream
    1 Hidden Valley Ranch Packet
    1 Scallon, chopped
    1 Clove Garlic
    1/2 English Cucumber with Peel

Directions

Grate the cucumber (with peel) onto a thick layer of paper towels and squeeze all the moisture out. While it continues to drain, mix together the remaining ingredients in a medium bowl. Grate garlic into mixture, add drained cucumber. Feel free to add other spices to taste (I add lemon juice, cumin, and cayenne for a tzaziki taste; pepper, parsley, and onion powder for a ranch taste, etc.). Refridgerate 30 minutes if you have time, it's better as the flavors meld!

Serving Size: Makes about 10 1/4-cup servings
