Pumpkin Dip

Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 can (15 ounce) canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
    1 package Jello Fat free Sugar free vanilla pudding mix
    1 1/2 cups skim milk
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Directions

Combine all ingredients together in a bowl. Mix by hand or with hand blender.
Refrigerate.

Serving size is 1/2 cup
