Beef Stroganoff

Introduction

My own easy version :) My own easy version :)
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1.5 lbs beef tips
    2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup 98% Fat Free
    5 tsp Minced Garlic)
    3 tbsp Lea and Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
    2 cups Water
    3 tbsp great value grated parmesan cheese
    1 can of mushrooms, drained
    1 bag Ronzoni Healthy Harvest All Natural Whole Grain, Extra Wide Noodle Style

Directions

In a large pan add 1.5 cups water, garlic, beef tips and worcestershire. Let simmer till tender. Remove beef and shred into smaller pieces then add back in. Add cream of mushroom soups and mushrooms. Add remaining .5 cup water into cans, stir, and add to pan. Stir. Once well mixed stir in Parmesan cheese.

In seperate pot cook noodles until desired doneness. Drain.

Serve 1 cup noodles with 2-3 tbsp of beef sauce mixture.

Serving Size: Makes approximiately 10 1-cup servings
