Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1/2 head iceberg lettuce shredded (sliced very thin)
    1 small yellow onion chopped very fine
    1/4 of a bunch of cilantro, de-stemmed) and finely chopped
    1/2 med tomato (drain juice) finely chopped
    1 jalapeno pepper (or pepper of choice) finely chopped,
    de-seed and take out veins if you don't want it too hot
    juice of 1/2 a lime
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp black pepper


Directions

Toss all ingredients together and let chill for 10 or more minutes before serving.

Serving Size: Makes enough to dress 4 servings of 2 tacos each (8 tacos total)
