Introduction

Ingredients

    12 chopped cherry tomatoes (I like the flavor of this best)
    1/4 cup diced onion
    1/4 cup fresh cilantro, snipped
    1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice
    1/2 teaspoon fresh ground salt
    2 avocados, peeled and diced

Directions

Dice the tomatoes, onion, and avocados. Combine with the cilantro, lime juice and salt. Serve with chips.

Serving Size: Makes 12 1/4 cup servings
