Ingredients

    *King Arthur 100% Unbleached White Whole Wheat Flour, 2 cup
    *All Purpose Unbleached Flour, 1.5 cup
    *Bob's Red Mill Vital Wheat Gluten, 0.25 cup
    *Oatmeal - Quaker Quick Oats 1/2 cup raw = 1 serving, 1 serving
    *Olive Oil, Kirkland, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    *MORTON Sea Salt, Fine Salt, 1 tsp
    *Molasses, Brer Rabbit, All Natural, Unsulphured, Blackstrap Molasses, 1 tbsp
    *Water, warm tap (110 F), 1.75 cup
    *active dry yeast, 4 tsp

Directions

Put liquid ingredients in bread machine pan, followed by dry ingredients, topping with yeast.
Process on roll setting. Put parchment paper into two bread pans, spraying with Pam. Divide dough between the pans and let rise.
Bake 375 degrees 30 minutes, until internal temperature is 200 degrees.
