1 can of salmon
1 packet of water packed tuna
1/2ish of white beans blended with olive oil
Cayenne and Ginger to taste
2) Drain the salmon and tuna and toss into bowl
3) Mix everything together
4) Heat up a skillet with olive oil
5) Form 8 balls, slightly smaller than tennis ball size and sear/fry until brown - will be slightly soft
I served these with a couple slices of tomatoe and some mashed up avocado. It would also taste good with a dollop of plain greek yogurt. Yum!
