Ingredients

    1 can low sodium 16 oz chickpeas
    2 cups cooked sweet potatoes
    1/4 cup garlic chives or scapes
    1/4 tsp sea salt
    Tbsp lemon juice
    1/4 cup chives or scallions
    Tbsp tahini
    Tbsp oilve oil
    6 small black olives
    tsp basil
    fresh black pepper to taste

Directions
