Jerk-Spiced Shrimp

Ingredients

    1 packet splenda
    1 tbsp paprika
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp red pepper
    1/4 tsp ground thyme
    1/4 tsp allspice
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 1/2 lbs peeled large shrimp
    cooking spray

Directions

Prepare grill to medium-high heat

Combine first 7 ingredients. Combine oil and shrimp in a large bowl; toss well to coat. Thread shrimp evenly onto skewers. Place skewers on a grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill 6 minutes or until done, turning once.
