2 - 4 oz. Tilapia fillets
1/2 Tbsp. Low Fat Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. Plain dry bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. Parmesan Cheese, grated
1/4 tsp. Basil, dried
1/8 tsp. Pepper, black
1/8 tsp. Onion Powder
1/8 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/8 tsp. Paprika
In a small bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, dried basil, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder and paprika. Mix well and set aside.
Coat fish fillets with mayonnaise and roll in bread crumb mixture to coat well. Arrange in a single layer on the prepared pan. Broil a few inches from the heat for 3 minutes. Flip the fillets over and broil for a 3 more minutes or until the topping is browned and fish flakes easily with a fork. Be careful not to over cook the fish.
