1c Boiling Water
1t dry or 1T fresh Ginger
2T Fresh Lemon juice
Cayenne Pepper to taste
Pour away the water.
Put herbs in the cup. Add fresh boiling water and cover.
Leave to steep 3 to 5 minutes. Add more herbs for a stronger flavor.
Steeping to long will make the tea bitter.
Pour into cups and serve with a wedge of lemon.
