Introduction

This is a low calorie and low fat version of vegetable casserole. This is a low calorie and low fat version of vegetable casserole.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Frozen mixed vegetables
    onion (optional)
    1 Tbsp mayo
    1 Tbsp Ranch dressing
    90grams fat free sour cream( 6 Tbsps)
    1 cup reduced fat cheese(any flavor, I use cheddar)

    20 crushed reduced fat Ritz crackers

Directions

Cook frozen veggies according to package. Mix together all ingredients except crackers.
Pour ingredients into a casserole dish ,put crushed crackers on top and bake at 350* until golden brown.
