Frozen mixed vegetables
1 Tbsp mayo
1 Tbsp Ranch dressing
90grams fat free sour cream( 6 Tbsps)
1 cup reduced fat cheese(any flavor, I use cheddar)
20 crushed reduced fat Ritz crackers
Pour ingredients into a casserole dish ,put crushed crackers on top and bake at 350* until golden brown.
