Ingredients

    1 1/2 lb chicken breast
    1 c celery
    1/2 onion
    1 c cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c fat free sour cream
    1 garlic clove
    salt and pepper
    20 lowfat ritz crackers

Directions

Saute celery, onion, and garlic. Cut chicken into bite sized pieces and add to pan. Simmer until cooked through. Add to a casserole and mix with soup and sour cream. Add salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with ritz crackers.

Bake at 350 for 30 min.

Makes 5 1 cup servings
