Introduction

Craving Chinese Salad, made due with what I got! This is so fast and so good! Try different versions, add scallions,water chestnuts, almonds, chicken,tofu, broccoli, whatever your heart desires, it's your salad! Craving Chinese Salad, made due with what I got! Ingredients

    2 cup Cabbage - Shredded
    1/2 cup Romaine Lettuce - Shredded
    1/4 cup sweet bell pepper - diced
    1/4 cup carrot - shredded
    4 small segments of Mandarin Orange
    2 Pita Chips - crushed
    4 cooked shrimp - diced
    2 Tbsp of Sesame Soy Ginger Salad dressing - I used Trader Joe's, but I heard Paul Newman's is good to)

Directions

Add everything to salad on a plate - top with dressing. So simple!

Enjoy!
