Introduction

Soup made from leftover Rice and Thanksgiving Day Turkey. Soup made from leftover Rice and Thanksgiving Day Turkey.

Ingredients

    Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) (remove)
    Chicken Broth, Swanson’s Low Sodium, 4 cup (remove)
    White Rice, long grain, 1 cup (remove)
    Turkey breast meat, 4 ounce(s) (remove)

Directions

Season to taste while simmering, being careful to not overcook rice as it will become mushy. Can serve immediately or, after cooling, allow to sit in refrigerator overnight for better flavor.. Can also freeze for longer storage.
