Introduction

Pizza that tastes like a loaded baked potato! This recipe is calculated as a meal for 2, but it also makes a great "finger food" for parties. Ingredients

    2 La Tortilla Factory Smart & Delicious wraps
    1/2 TBSP Land O Lakes Light Whipped Butter, melted
    1/8 tsp Garlic Powder
    1/8 tsp Mrs Dash Italian Medley
    3 TBSP Kemps Fat Free Sour Cream
    3 TBSP Hidden Valley Fat Free Ranch Dressing
    4 TBSP Hormel Real Bacon Pieces
    1/4 cup chopped Green Onions
    1/3 cup Sargento Reduced Fat Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
    1/4 cup Sargento Reduced Fat Mild Cheddar, Shredded
    12 oz Potato raw

Directions

Bake or "microwave bake" potaotes and allow to cool.
Preheat oven to 350d
Bake tortillas for 5-6 minutes or until they begin to brown.
Cut potatoes into 1/2-in. cubes.
In a bowl, combine melted butter, garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Add potatoes and toss.
Combine sour cream and ranch and spread evenly over tortillas.
Top with potato mixture, bacon, onions and cheeses.
Bake at 350d for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is lightly browned.
Let stand for a couple of minutes before cutting.
