Broiled Glazed Salmon

Number of Servings: 2
1 Tbsp. Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
1/2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
1/2 Tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Light, melted
1/4 Tbsp. Dill weed, dried
1/8 tsp. Cayenne pepper
2 - 6 oz fillets Atlantic Salmon
1 tsp. Lemon & Pepper Seasoning
Turn on your ovenís broiler. In a small bowl, combine the first five ingredients; mix well. Set aside sauce for basting. Line a baking dish with foil. Spray foil with non-stick cooking spray. Season salmon with lemon pepper seasoning. Place salmon fillets skin side up in the baking dish. Broil for 2 minutes. Remove from oven and remove salmon skin. Season salmon with lemon pepper and baste with the sauce. Broil for 5 minutes; basting occasionally. Remove from oven. Turn salmon over. Baste with sauce. Broil for an additional 5 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork; basting occasionally.
