Whole Wheat Waffles

Introduction

Modified from King Arthur Flour recipe. Accidentally cut the oil in half and they were still really good. Modified from King Arthur Flour recipe. Accidentally cut the oil in half and they were still really good.
Number of Servings: 18

Ingredients

    2 large eggs
    640 grams skim milk
    72 grams canola oil
    50 grams granulated sugar
    340 Grams whole wheat flour
    4 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp Salt

    I added a dash of cinnamon as well.

Directions

Whisk all dry ingredients together. In separate bowl whisk all wet ingredients. Put into heated waffle maker and cook according to waffle maker instructions.

Serving Size: Makes 18 4"x4" waffles
