Low-fat Rice with Milk

Rice Rice
Number of Servings: 7

Ingredients

    * *White Rice, medium grain, .75 cup
    * Milk, 1%, 4 cup
    * Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 12 packets
    * Water, 1.5 cups

Directions

Place rice and water in pot. Cook 15 minutes on medium-high heat until all water is soaked. Add 4 cups milk and Splenda. Lower to low-medium heat, and cook 30-40 minutes. If you prefer it thicker, and more like pudding, you will need to use whole milk.
