Omelette w/mushrooms, ham and tomatoes

Introduction

This is our typical Sunday morning breakfast. I love it because it's low-carb. This is our typical Sunday morning breakfast. I love it because it's low-carb.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    2 medium eggs, scrambled
    3 medium mushrooms, chopped
    1 medium tomato, chopped
    1 slice of ham, chopped
    Pinch of salt and pepper
    1 tsp. of butter



Directions

In an omelette pan, melt butter on medium heat. Add mushrooms and saute until cooked. Add chopped tomato and ham and finally the scrambled egg mixture.

Stir on occasion until eggs are cooked. Serve immediately.
