Introduction

Ingredients

    1/2 lb spicy pork sausage, browned and drained.
    1 lb favorite potato- red or yukon gold, washed and sliced thin
    8-9 cups water
    1.5 cups kale, washed, chopped
    1 cup milk (2% used in calculation)
    4 cubes chicken bullion

Directions

Brown sausage, drain and set aside. In same pot, add water, bullion and potatoes, and cook till potatoes are soft. Add sausage back in and toss in kale, cook 10 minutes or until kale is soft. Remove from heat, and add milk.
Serve with sprinkling of fresh parmesean on top, if desired. (not included in nutritional info)
