    PERDUE SHORT CUTS CHICKEN BREAST- 9 OZ PKG, 2 serving *** APPROXIMATELY 6 OZ WAS USED
    TYSON ROASTED DICED CKN BREAST - 7 SERVINGS/BAG, 1 serving
    Onions, raw, .75 cup, chopped (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.75 cup, chopped
    *Pace Chunky Salsa - Mild, 2 tbsp
    FRUIT - MANGO CHUNKS - 1 CUP/SERVING, .25 serving

Directions

PLACE ALL INGREDIENTS INTO A GLASS BOWL, AND BLEND WELL. REFRIGERATE APPROXIMATELY 1 HR, OR MAYBE OVERNIGHT.

WHEN READY TO PREPARE, PLACE INTO A NONSTICK SKILLET, DRYING OUT MIXTURE PER YOUR TASTES.

THIS IS A BASE ONLY! NOW YOU MAY ADD, FAJITAS, OR TACO SHELLS, LETTUCE, TOMATO OR WHATEVER ITEMS YOU MAY LIKE. THIS IS A GREAT MEAL, WITH A TOUCH OF SOUTHWEST AND SWEET FROM THE MANGO.
